It allows you to assign tasks and actions to projects and to staff you have working on the projects. You simply create a project, assign a staff to the project and then create actions for this person to do.

It is very simple to invite a person to join your Mother Web App account you just  Invite users to access your account with a simple email invitation process, and then let them see what you want them to, including global settings like whether they can see details of estimates and invoices, or down to project level so they can only access the ones you want.

You can specify with time and dates for the action to be complete and therefor giving you complete Task management control of the project and Task. You can at all times edit the actions and create comments and notes for the tasks and every one who is part of the project will be able to see and be notified of the comments and changes that has been made to the task.

So a constant flow of progress information is available which is essential for you to keep perfect Task Management at all times.
