Mother Web App also has what we call a cashbook, this enables you to do all of your day to day Book Keeping. And If you use the invoice software section of Mother Web App then once you have marked an invoice as paid, it will automatically be logged in your cashbook, and this then takes care of the largest part of your book keeping need from an income point of view.

You can also use the cashbook function to do instant accounts for your clients. Each client has a cashbook function in their Money tab and it will allow you do the same instant accounts functions for them as you can for your self. So ideal if you are an accountant or a Book Keeper for other clients

In the invoices and quotes part of the cheap accounting module of Mother Web App you can send out electronic invoices using our invoice software and quotes. Just create them in the system and email them to your clients. You can even accept online payments thru your invoice soft ware on mother web app if you have an online payment facility. So no more waiting getting paid for your products or services.

Also in the Book Keeping part of Mother Web App is the ability to do your Vat return for you, all you need to do is use the invoicing software on Mother Web App and also use the cashbook for your daily book keeping, then the Vat section will do the Vat return for you and lift you from this task when your VAT return is due every 3 months
